If approved, move-in funds are due within 1 day and must be paid through the online portal (no cash or checks). Lease is prepared within 24–48 hours after payment. Move-in costs include first month's rent, 1 month security deposit, any prorated rent, one time $159 lease fee. Tenant insurance is required prior to move in.
